📋 Airport Terms of Service

Thank you for visiting the Content Passport Hub Airport.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the rules and customs clearance procedures for the on-chain media passport and authenticity verification service provided by Content Passport.

Article 2 (Baggage Drop & Passport Issuance)

The Service computes the SHA-256 fingerprint of the user's uploaded file, registers it into the SUI blockchain passport registry, and stores the original on the Walrus decentralized baggage storage for real-time quarantine and integrity verification.

Article 3 (Passenger Obligations)

  • Passengers must not register (upload) media infringing on third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.
  • Passengers must not forge passports by falsely registering AI-manipulated files as authentic originals.
  • Passengers must not send malicious requests overloading the airport infrastructure.

Article 4 (Testnet Airport Disclaimer)

This airport operates in a testnet environment. We do not fully guarantee the permanent storage of on-chain passport records. The airport authority is not liable for delays caused by network consensus issues.

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

The Service is provided "as is". The airport authority is not liable for third-party disputes arising from the quarantine check results.

🔒 Personal Information & Data Security Policy

Passport Information We Collect

  • Passenger name and email (via Google account connection)
  • Profile image (via Google connection)
  • Baggage metadata (filename, fingerprint hash, registration timestamp, camera info)

Purpose of Data Utilization

  • Issuing on-chain media passports and archiving certificates
  • Managing traveler passport wallets
  • Analyzing security threats and optimizing services

Retention & Destruction Policy

Upon wallet account withdrawal, the traveler's personal info is immediately deleted. However, the cryptographic passport fingerprint and transaction hash registered on-chain remain permanent due to the nature of public blockchains.

No Third-Party Share

Collected credentials are never shared with third parties except under legal warrants.

Rights of the Passport Holder

Users hold the right to modify or request permanent deletion of their account profile details at any time.
